Auntie Olive was one of the first persons I remember meeting when I moved to London and later attended Eden Church, over 30 years ago - back then it was called Ilford Apostolic Church. She was always involved in teaching, helping and leading - she was the Women's leader for a few years and encouraged me to follow the same path - she would say "Bev, that is where your calling is"

Olive was a very healthy eater and really looked after herself, she loved to walk and would take persuading to have a lift home, even in the bad weather. When I did manage to get her to agree, the short journey from Church with Olive and Louise were always full of laughter.

Olive, always poised, always a calming influence, always had time for others and a woman of wisdom who loved God
